Derek and Ann’s Travels in Myamar

This
holiday
we
decided
to
go
with
our
friends
Dave
and
Gill
as
we
thought
travelling
around
Myamar
could
be
easier
with
4
of
us.
It
was
the
first
time
we
had
travelled
together
for
any
length
of
time
and
it
was
very
successful.
We
had
to
take
all
our
money
with
us
around
our
waists
as
there
were
no
ATM
and
we
could
only
change
clean
dollars
in
the
banks.
The
holiday
was
great
fun,
interesting
but
at
times
hard
work
particularly
in
sorting
our
accommodation
and
travelling.
People
were
extremely
friendly.
Most
of
the
women
had
their
faces
painted
and
all
the men wore the traditional long longe (like a skirt).
