EGYPT We have been to Egypt many times. We stay just outside Hurghada at Makadi Bay as the hotels are excellent. The main reason for us returning year after year is that they have a good well looked after reef. We no longer dive, but do enjoy the excellent snorkelling. Over the years we have seen large rays, turtles, moray ells etc. On one of our trips to Egypt we went on a very long drive through the desert to Luxor to see the ruins.
